Bar dhaoe rejene

Am I ready for re-storying when my life is going well?
What is the cost of remaining in the comfort zone?
How do we inspire collective to purify itself through struggle?

People resist change and would prefer to remain in their comfort zone when all is well in their lives, the inertia builds in and it takes a shock ( external/external) to make them rethink and restory their lives…only to discover new shores/potential they had not even imagined…A collective could be constantly reminded that in the end of the struggle, their collective benefits would be greater than their individual benefits, the constant focus on the future betterment could keep the collective’s struggle on track…

Restorying your life when its going well is a difficult choice to make.Because nobody wants to leave their comfort zone but life is like a game which is worth playing only if it offers some challenge. If we think this way we may try to come out of our comfort zones.Living in the same shell, you would not know how it is outside and might miss out on that when life out there may be more comfortable than where you currently are. This hope of betterment may insprie collective to purify itself.

It is a general human tendency to search for comforts and once it is achieved they hate to part with it. But one thing they forget that life is full of uncertainties and thus when they are compounded by problems they tend to panic and hence take wrong decisions. In case of a collective it can help in putting a halt to this degeneration process of always living in comfort as there would be others to guide an individual to pull up their socks and work for the group rather than thinking of individual interests and comforts.

I will be ready for re-storying my life when it is going well because I know when i always sits in my comfort zone I won’t try new things, it will be difficult for me think and accept anything apart from my status quo, world will get change but at the same time I will become outdated and finally I will be out of the picture. By making collective aware that if they are continuing with the status quo their vulnerability will increase and it won’t help in the long term, we can inspire the collective to purify themselves.

Staying within our comfort zone means we don’t have to worry about taking chances; we’ve found our niche and success level and we’re happy to stick to it. When our life is going well, re-storying will be a tough call to make, as everybody does not want to leave their comfort zones, and then pass through a whole process of struggle again. Remaining in the comfort zone means someone is quite rigid and unwilling to accept new ideas and information. To inspire collective, one has to be understand its merits, it should be lead strongly and properly, and should be constantly motivated.

A propensity towards innovation & change in the course of life is a commendable trait but definitely is not found in each one of us. People are always seeking out for their comfort zone in all the aspects of life, be it as important as career or trivial matters of daily life. In such a scenario a motivator for a collective should always be in a look-out for individuals which seem to be inclined towards newer approaches & avenues as it would be easiest to drive them & henceforth as a stimulant for others too.

People hate to part away with their comfort zone when everything is going well only to realize in the end what all they have missed and how different their life could have been had they dared to restory their lives. In case of a collective people would be aware of how their life could be compared to their current comfort zone and that their life could be much more useful. This could motivate them to think for others too rather than just being self centric and living in one’s own paradise.

If one remains in comfort zone, his growth becomes stagnant. One has to take actions and stretch oneself beyond this zone to move ahead in his/her life. This shows that if a person wants to achieve a new level, re-storying has to be done, although it would involve struggles for a short while like in the case of this king. Purifying a collective to come out of its status quo can be achieved only when they realize that rewards of moving out of this comfort zone outweigh the costs of staying back.

The story of "Bar dhaoe rejene" depicts the king who rejected his comfort zone for the sake of a Yogi without consulting his family. He faced many difficulties but was ready to fight . His fate made him king again and united with his family. Whenever one is in a problem , the first thing one thinks of is how to get rid of the problem...rather than enjoying in the struggle for solution and learning from it .Being collective helps in understanding the issues from a broader perspective..a collective decision can be of a group , a class or family.

A person who plays safe in his life always prefer comfort zone. Whereas, a person who likes to face challenges and have some well set plans in life have to put him/her in a discomfort zone. Only when one is in discomfort zone, new ideas and creativity emerges out. Being in a comfort zone makes you lethargic, complacent and mechanical. It will also crate a negative energy around you and people associated with you. So it is call which each one of u should take. Whether to be in comfort or discomfort zone in one’s life.

Its tough to do so as any change involves experiencing withdrawl pains from the status quo especially when it is going on well .However "as all good things must end for better things" at times a change is warranted as our self created comfort zone is more of a situation of stagnation rather than satisfaction(as we misunderstand it). We can inspire collective through making other realize how newer and better things lie ahead only if we have the courage to throw down the past baggage .

It is a general human tendency that s/he resists any change which deviate him from comfort zone. If at all life is going well, no one is bothered about rest of the things in the world. In case of collective, people should get to know that initially they may face trouble out of their comfort zone but in long run, this is going to shift them from one level of comfort zone to other and that will come through the successful stories.

For the risk takers and to venture on 'path less travelled by' one has to move out of comfort zone. Status quo leads to plateau phase and harmful for persons/organisations in long run. To restory myself is meaningful only if I move through highs and lows of life. Life outside comfortzone makes one immune to harsh externalities and uncertain environment and help to evolve... Also, for inspiring collectives one has to come from cocoon to emerge as champion leader and it may demand individual sacrifices and selflessness.

People tend to stay in their comfort zone because they have defined their parameters of success in a certain way. They feel they are successful if they have attained a particular level of income or a particular position in society .They then tend to become indifferent towards other issues affecting their community or nation. But once another parameter gets added to their index of success , they would want to move out of this status quo. Moral superiority as a parameter can be used as a tool to induce the collective to undertake struggles.

Charles Schaltz says “life is like a 10 speed bicycle. Most of us have gears we never use.”This is because we get so used to being in our comfort zone that inertia creeps in. Possible reason for sticking to this inertia is that extra effort is required to come out of this comfort zone, which people are unwilling to make. As a result, people fail to innovate and think out of the box, causing stagnation in career and life. Collective can be inspired by constantly reminding them that status quo adversely affects their goal of maximum benefits to members.

Story of twin king signifies that life is not a zero sum game. There are opportunities available at each step. Story infuses an optimistic note and emphasize that leaving out of comfort zone may open the door of new opportunities which we nevr imagined. Man cannot discover new oceans, unless he has the courage to lose sight of the shore.

growth cannot happen without change yet people resist change since time immemorial. Same is applicable in the case of collectives. For a collective to grow and keep pace with the changes in the environment from time to time they need to come out of their comfort zone and experience the change.the change can be internal as well external making them to reassess themselvelves and improvise.

Nothing in life can be achieved without struggle. People who prefer to be in their comfort zone do not undertake challenges as it involves high risk and great efforts which would force them to leave their comfort zone. Rural management teaches us to break these discontinuities and mobilize the people to get involved in a collective action to reap the benefits of struggle.

“Its never too late to become what you might have been” So its possible to re-story the life, but very few people chose to come out of comfort zone, and struggle for something better. Cost of remaining in comfort zone: low aim, low achievement, complacent attitude, etc. People would come out of comfort zone, only, when they have confidence on themselves and the on the collective undertaken. So this is what is required to bring people into collective action.

The personal traits play an important role in determining whether to take the rough roads or to continue strolling in the comfort zone. We can take modern day entrepreneurs. They always think out of the box, defy all stereotypes of comfort zone and indulge themselves till they achieve or perish. Motivation and support always play an important role. Life moves on well with all the adjustments. But if we still want to make a difference for ourselves, we have to move out of the comfort zone and initiate rebellion for collective good.

Everyone like to stay in its comfort zone and its very tough to part away from it. But still for the better development and greater achievements we have to compromise on a few factors. Initially the collectives may not see the benefits but they must be motivated and all must participate for the greater benefit at some later stage. Hard work always pays and unless we move out of our comfort zone and experiment we can't achieve anything new.

We do not bother about creating new ideas and taking risk if life is going well and we are in comfort zone. We become complacent and insipid and our thinking process is blocked which results in obstinacy. We can only re-story our life in better way when we are in discomfort zone because innovations and creativities develop at higher pace in adverse and traumatic situation. We tend to take risk to combat the troublesome situation with new efforts and perspectives. By breaking status quo and instilling risk taking ability, we can inspire collective to purify itself.

People try to reap the maximum benefit when everything is going fine.During this period ,they dont want to tinker with their life. But later they have to pay heavy price for staying in the comfort zone.Their ideas get obosolete and they become redundant for the society.Collective action is the panacea for erradiacting this problem committed by man.Hence people should come to one interface and exchange ideas among themselves. This will lead to the betterment of the individual.

It is difficult to accept the change by people and they want to remain in statusquo. In this story the king gave everything to the 'yogi' when his life was going well. His family fall in to trouble then but at the end he again became the king. We could say that remaining in the comfort zone is not fruitful. By remaining in the comfort zone, the outside opportunity may be remain untapped. So by the hope of the better the collective could be inspired to purify itself.

it is more or less true. but remaining in comfort zone has a cost of loosing opportunity of insulating the life from the risk of loosing comfort in future or making even more better for oneself or others. one can inspire by looking around oneself that how others are struggling.

When everything is going on as expected it is generally very hard to go for new methods or work for perfection.
The cost is very high, we may settle at a level much below our potential as well as not notice better prospects. The book-"who move my cheese" by "Dr. Spencer Johnson presents the perfect example of this.
collective can be inspired to work continuously in the direction to achieve better by providing them new objectives and targets to attain similar to the private organisations.

I believe that it takes a lot of effort to achieve success and the logical thing to do would be build upon it. However there would be people giving up everything to start afresh, maybe it depends upon whether the person is risk averse or is a risk taker. The cost of living in a comfort zone is obviously stagnation in life. The collective won’t seek struggle if doesn’t believe that the gains are worth the effort. Therefore, the primary objective would be show their current apathy and scope of a better life if they succeed in their struggles.

It is said that evolution is permanent and is applicable in case of human being too. People tend to live in their comfort zone which is pleasing and that’s why they avoid to come out of it. This may lead to the stagnation in the life of the person with regard to low goal and complacent behavior. Collective lead to more information and less chance of getting outdated. Thus it will be in line of betterment of the person as well as the society.

Change is the only constant thing, but still people resist the change. When life is going on with same constant pace for too long, dullness increases and we start thinking of re-storying our life. If one stay in his comfort zone, s/he bears the opportunity cost of forgone opportunities, which would have been come along way if s/he has left the comfort zone and tried new things in life. Collectively when we see our life deteriorating, we perspire together for betterment of life as we try to minimise others losses and pains.

We always pursue for the betterment in our life and anything we get in life has a cost which we have to bear. The comfortable position which we are enjoying must be having a cost which we would have paid in past. But stagnation may result due to confinement in the comfortable zone of life which would kill all yearnings. However the incentive to change would be the difference in the desired state after the change and the current state.

It is said that change must be continuous which the individuals must be adapting all the time. Yet this view proves to be ironic because the very concept of re-storying life or engaging in a collective action, to bring about a change is rooted in stability. But this can also not be denied that without coming out of the comfort zone and putting in greater efforts and struggle, nothing better can be achieved. Otherwise a person would be like a master of his own world in his comfort zone.

The cost of remaining in one's comfort zone is the cost of being unable to come out of it when a situation demands it and the opportunity cost of progressing further by coming out of one's comfort zone.
We can inspire a collective to purify itself through struggle by making them aware that survival through struggle is the reality of life. One cannot avoid struggling forever. By trying to avoid struggle, the collective makes itself incapable of facing reality when a situation demands struggle and also, it would lose out on reaping the benefits from new opportunities.

Stability in life/work is the most common reason given to resist any change, but is it resulting into a monotonic way of life where the many capabilities of the individual simply go unrecognised, unused which could actually lead to brilliant creations and ideas?
If yes then we are paying a huge cost as an individual and as a collective. The synergies of the collective are even more capable of weaving out vibrant and ideas and actionizing on them would be tremendous value add to the group. The leadership has a massive role to constantly inspire their clan here.

Re-storying life, when everything is going well is one of the scariest thoughts. But on second thought, it can be thought of as an adventure that will unfold only in years to come.
The cost of remaining in comfort zone is missing on unique experiences that life might put us through if we dare to throw away the comfort.
A collective action is often taken against a wrong social order. To rectify it the members might face many hardships, but through perseverance the end result might be miraculously good. This can be observed recently in Egypt and Tunisia.

Life is truth of nature and it had its end but there is no end to thinking of the improvement. Being in the comfortable zone hinders your growth and success. We should keep improving to do better. Re-storying of the life need each time after which we get our set target. Collective can be purified with the incentive to member for working for the betterment of the co-operative by coming out of their comfortable zone.

We always love to remain in status quo. But, how long we would like to remain the same. Saleem Khan had said that if a person doesn’t learn anything new than he is equivalent to a dead person. To keep struggle and change ourselves to be a better person, we need to identify our weaknesses and try to work on them with the help of friends who are good at them, at the same time we must help others so that the balance is maintained. For that to happen we must cooperate.

Satwick said...

The probability for re-storying my life when my life is going well is less when compared to when I am not doing well. The cost of remaining in the comfort zone is that we many lose out on many things which otherwise could have been achieved with our capabilities. To inspire a collective to purify itself through struggle, we need to make it realize the opportunity they are losing out by being in their comfort zone.

At some point of our lives we have to shed away our inhibitions and spread our wings to explore the world around us. One who`s afraid to do so is missing out a great in his/her lives. Collectives are based on the believes of its members. There are testing times which can be successfully passed by, by strong determination and collaboration. A collective with strong base will easily face any challenge.
