Quality Control Circles- A Collective Action of Students and Teachers

Collaboration of the efforts of students and teachers in the formation of Quality Control Circles in schools and colleges are the real steps for maintaining the educational standards and for dealing the friction between students, teachers and management. This is ensuring the clear understanding on both the sides about the objectives and goal of the curriculum. The direct interaction of both explores the path for future cooperation between them, resulting into overall grooming of the students and broadening of their vision.

i agree with your view on quality control circle but here a question arises - what are the motivations or benefits for the stakeholder (teachers) enjoying the status of designing curriculum with their own freedom? why would they let decrease their power of designing curriculum by their own discern? so please address these questions.

The basic motive of any educational institute is to continuously maintain and improve the quality of the education... and for this its very important to include the students for whom the curriculum is being designed.
Moreover, in a quality circle stressed is laid on the difficulties which students and teachers are facing....and those can be collectively solved.
