Story of place Pithoria near capital of Jharkhand,Ranchi. land is fertile but scarcity of water prevent agriculture.Dominated by naxalite  no development works starts due to levy by naxalite. People reside here in poverty.Their land holding size is small .Birsa agriculture university 20 km from here they come forward forms group and taken training of  cauliflower cultivation and pig rearing. they grow cauliflower in large scale . what ever they produce they sale it collectively nobody alone fix price and sale. now they supply cauliflower to kolkata .unemployed youth do pig rearing with hotel waste. now there income grows they are opposing naxalite also. village is on constant thread of naxalite attack.
