cooperation based on class?

one thought that came to me regarding the indifference or lack of cooperation among the higher class citing the example of railways. is it not that the level of cooperation among the higher class exists based on the level(range) of the benefit they derive, provided interaction? they might cooperate when the benefits are of significant range. they might not need cooperation for the minimal needs but there exists cooperation if needed at the considerable level(may be collectively noncooperating with the lower class). the cooperation at the higher class can be felt everywhere. is that not true??

Nice observation. Looking at cooperation among different classes we could also explore the motivations behind these. While the lower class may be cooperating for survival, as if they don’t cooperate with each other, they may be crushed by the status quo power; for the high class this dependency for survival is greatly reduced. Thus, their movements would tend to reflect higher needs and moral motivations may be more likely to bring them together to participate, say, the environmental movements or anti-corruption movements around the globe are majorly lead by the middle and upper middle class.
