Many participants have talked about a movie,in which present education system has been criticised.If I compare it with our course,it is almost the same thing.If we prepare ourselves for daily classes,we have to read approximately 150 pages daily of different topics.It includes different background of subjects.Also,we have different assignments and extra-curricular activities and events.Many participants have also the responsibities of managing the student issues.
We are assigned to do all these things.But,we are not taught to manage the time with these activities.We are expected to work for rural India.But,this is taught through spanish and german examples and articles.I donot know,if I have no knowledge for our own country,then how I will be able to implement it here through foreign examples and studies.There are many things,but I donot want to go into that.
In today's CAC class,when one participant asked a basic question regarding the feasibility of CPR in diifferent contexts,many CHATUR SEN laughed at him.But,that question was very jenuine in nature.I have faced the same questions at the grass-root level.And the questions are-
1.How to evolve or originate CPR institution in a specific place and environment?
2.How it should be monitored for its smooth functioning?
Because in every village there are some people who are always more affluent and powerful and controlling all the activities.Justice,equity,fair distribution and other beautiful words seems tiny,when we work in the field.
I have visited hundreds of villages in Bihar,UP,Assam,West Bengal,Jharkhand.Most of the times I have found that it is only the one family,who controls and influences most of the resources of that particular village.
In the last class of CAC,one of the eight design principles for CPR institutions was MINIMAL RECOGNITION OF RIGHTS TO ORGANISE.In which it is explained that the right of appropriators to devise their own institutions are not challenged by external governmental authorities.But,in no soveirgn country,any institutution can get the full autonomy.Any decision of any institution can be challanged in the court of law.Yes,it is true that government donot intervene in day-to-day activity of many institutions....But,it can intervene in extraordinary situation....

yes Keshab,it's true that not only in IRMA,but in many of our educational institutions students are required to follow the path which is prescribed by the authorities whether its preferable by the student or not.Students from diverse background are expected to acquire all those within two years of time which takes years to learn through own learning process,that's why its MBA.As far as managing time is concerned only group work can help better for that there are formation of so many groups.Only thing is, your group member should have trust upon you and as Prof K.V.Raju told they should have real attitude of helping you that you could remember(i may help you remembering).Otherwise It's more like a burden!As far as collective action is concerned you can see here in our blogs posting how collective we are,in our attitude of posting blogs after blogs ,but we don't have any time to read what our fellow student has written and say what we feel in many cases,rather intention is to finish duty only post a blog.
