At the end of this season of blogging, at least for me, I would like to draw your attention to the unconscious collective action in IRMA. This is collective waste of resources which includes electricity, food and water.
At least when all are concerned about the developmental activities for rural India, this is not expected.
So let us take new initiative and in next term start CAC (practical) and make ourselves proud.
Considering the continued collective waste by people despite regular reminders and encouragement, one of the effective ways to keep a check on this could be the imposition of penalty as a part of collective action for the resource wasters. When put under such a condition, to choose between personal and common resource, they might be encouraged to save both.
