Not me

In a large group injustice is borne collectively, while there is a collective sense of resentment no one volunteers to take any action against this. there is always a waiting, waiting for someone to step forward and lead and take the responsibility , while the benefits accrue to all of them collectively. And what if that single person stands up? chances are he is either heard and after a long and tiring battle catalyses a change or he is brutally suppressed without a voice to appease a society which prefers silence to an uncomfortable truth. When will this 'not me 'attitude change to 'why not me', when this does take place then the society will be truly empowered.
