THE SUCCESS OF BANAS CO-OPERATIVE (PART-2)

The other major reason which I believe for the success of the Banas is the dominance of one caste from the topmost post to the lowest in hierarchy. You might be thinking how it is possible?

The point is when only one caste dominates the co-operative and that too which is dominant in population of the district, there is almost no case of undue advantage given to any individual on the basis of his caste. And it directly promotes the professionalism in the organization which directly affects the efficiency. And members from other caste also participate in the co-operative very professionally without complaining about the power distribution.
