Every year in environmental protection summits we see Heads of states deliberating on ecological conservation. But nothing concrete seems to be coming out. Rather these summits have become more of a place where developed and developing countries play blame game.
So, now the onus of saving the climate must be borne by us (the citizens of this once beautiful world). As individuals we can play important role to this effect by conserving water and electricity, minimizing the use of luxurious gadgets, creating awareness among ignorant about these practices, etc.
If every citizen does this by breaking the shackles of parochial interest (this was what we learnt from our today's game in Prof Raju's class) then perhaps a time would come when we'll no longer be needing these extravagant summits....................
