DICHOTOMY IN IRMA

Today by the evening when I was preparing for tomorrow’s class of POM, I fell in great dilemma. It was because of the fact that today in the Lecture of CAC, Professor was emphasizing on the fair and just distribution of resources and how it has been a part of legacy of this institute to believe in this manner. And while reading the case of TATA Dream Car Project and theory of POM, the emphasis was to select a strategic location for the plant without taking into consideration the scarifies which local and traditional communities will have to make for the saving of the investment of the already well off section of the society.
Please help if anybody finds the balance between these schools of thought.
