Cooperation cannot come through managerial capabilities.It comes through leadership quality.Because,a manager always wants "Status-quo", while a leader wants change.And,leadership doesnot always mean party-politics.
If every freedom-fighter of our national freedom struggle would have joined as a manager in British East India Company,they could live their personal lives with comfort.Why they spent their youth-days in jail?
When a sittting judge of the honourable supreme-court, G M Singhvi, came to our campus,he clearly said that we will have to fight second freedom-struggle against the neo-colonial Multi-national companies.Fight does not mean of violent nature only.First we have to prepare our mind for that,then modus-operandus will certainly come.And,that mean will be collectively decided,not by one person or a group of few people.It will naturally evolve with the time.
