Equity

In exchange economy those who benefit from a good or service should pay for that, this applies to use of natural resources also ,when a MNC makes a manufacturing plant in third world country it uses natural resources of that country i dont mean to say that it does it free of cost but does that third world country gets its proper share of benefit? what about the cost which is incured in way of polluting the envoirment of that country .who will pay for that?

I think it has to be borne by both as the one setting the industry is only doing a business which it does even in countries where pollution is much lower. In no way can it be held solely responsible .In some on the least developed countries it(investment) is looked at with reverence and they give the investor 'blank cheque' without thinking of the long term damages.. talk of rebellion against Royal Dutch Shell in Nigeria..
