Dont be bias, its nothing personal

I agree to the fact that we need theoretical knowledge as a base to perform practical functions, but are we imparted the knowledge in the same way as it should be so as to prepare us for the industry in coming1 year 3 months?? that we can handle an organisation as soon as we pass out from IRMA?

i think that you really should not underestimate our education as well as capabilities. learning is a continuous process and we cannot learn everything needed to run an organisation successfully in one year. the learning will come from experience as well and i think that the three field work components in irma give us the maximum possible exposure alongwith the theory required.
