Hypocritic Regulations

Reducing emissions of Carbon di oxide and other Green house gases is still a luxury in developing nations like India pertaining to the fact that there is some price which we need to pay on the path to our development when developed countries like USA and European Nations have already done substantial damage to the ecosystem and ozone layer.. I am not defending the increase in emissions or pollution in India...but these so called developed countries want us to adhere to all kinds of rules and norms and when it comes to them...then they modify it for their own benefits....SAME IS THE CONDITION IN CASE OF NUCLEAR NON PROLIFERATION TREATY and so on.....the list is endless...isnt it hypocritic...to say the least...???
