Private, Common or Open???

One of the worst example of not defining the boundaries and letting the 'commons' have their way with the 'not-so-common' property was seen recently in form of court case being fought between Ambani brothers who were slogging it out to assert private rights on property which in fact belong to "Aam Aadmi". Case in a point why rules of the game need to be defined to the proprietor weather it is a collective or a private ownership. Btw, who said a 'national asset' could be a private property???
