Who sparks the spark?

In continuation with my last post on "Why do we fail to challenge"..

Questioning a leader is indeed important and the presence of a single mobilizer may also be sufficient to set the spark of a revolution.Can we now outline the qualities of that one crucial mobilizer,because he/she is actually the one responsible for revolutionizing the whole process and bringing in change,& hence of prime importance to collective action.How does this one person stand out from the crowd,when he is facing the same constraints as the rest of the people?Has he suffered more?Has he any hidden agenda for sparking the revolution?What makes him show extraordinary courage when the rest prefer to stay weak and meek?

Who sparks the revolution can get the rewards after the success of the revolution.But,he or she also knows that there are very few chances of succes.Because history shows that most of the resistances have been supressed.Very few gets success.
So,there is always a great risk to challenge the leader.And,there is a simple funda-"if you have the capacity to hold maximum risk,your benefit might also be maximise."

Placing people's interest over his/her own interest is what differentiates a leader from the crowd. It's about taking chances and banking on one's capabilities. And is rightly said "when the going gets tough, the tough gets going"

Before setting up the sparks,various thought process might be going in his head.Major one would be , what if he fails? It is the sacrifices which the mobilizer has to make if he fails.
The people against whom he is standing might bring harm to his social links, family, economic condition etc. It is the person's will power and judgment which comes into play.

It could be someone who has been at the receiving end of the set up and feels that he has nothing to lose if he takes the initiative. A spark may not be a single event but a culmination of several over a period of time. The success of such an action depends on the approach taken by the person as spark alone cannot ensure success in mobilising the rest. It will be imperative that he/she is able to touch the chord of the people as sustaining a collective action is far from easy than the initial start.

i think that moral motivation may be a factor for him to react when other's are silence.but the question is why he/she takes time to react.may be frustation keeps on growing when it reaches thershold a small spark will do the rest.
