Children are more collective in activity than adults?

During my field work I encountered many instances of collective actions, but what was closest to my heart was cooperation among children. Throughout the day they were engaged in repairing of a cycle which belonged to one of them. Many comments by the passersby couldn’t take them away from their common goal. Even father of one child took him to home, but as soon as he left for market he came and joined the troop. And each one of them was actively engaged to get it done perfectly.
