STRONG DC++....COLLECTIVE ACTION IN IRMA...
Strong DC++ is a new collective action introduced in IRMA by PRM 30 batch. In this, students can share the data from their computers and laptops with the other students and the whole batch gets the benefit of this collective action. Some people took the initiative in this collective action and acted as leaders (we know who they are) which is one of the conditions to be fulfilled for a collective action to take place. With its help, the load on internet got reduced by a substantial amount and internet can be used for some more important purposes.

However a kind of free rider problem can be observed here also. Many people don't share their stuff and only use dc ++ only when they want something. However , more the people share, it reduces the load and enhances the speed.
