Leadership crisis!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The reading, Leadership : The critical factor could not have been discussed in the class at a better time. Right now PRM 30 is facing a leadership crisis. After the resignation of our former CR, there is no one as the face of the batch. Since this time we know most of the batch members in and out, so it gives us an ideal opportunity to choose a leader who can successfully sail us through the stormy weather yet to come.

Well said Rashi. I believe that crisis brings out the best of leaders in a system.Current situation presents an ideal platform for everyone to show that they have
"it in them".
So lets wait and watch or think and act for the best of the leaders to emerge out of this crisis. ....
the leadership vacum which prm 30 is facing has definately created good opportunity to batchmates to show their leadership ability, but the key lies with the batch to select the most ideal person for the job as the need of hour is to have a person with born leadership ability and not a person who has to be trained.
The batch is in crisis as the string of resignations has taken place today adding to earlier resignations.
Person emerging from the batch should have born leadership or the polished leadership (to an extent) as batch is crisis at present.
