The incident of a kidnap and murder of a girl aged 10 years in very inhuman way leading to the death of her father as well due to the trauma and heart attack 3 days back in Vijayawada led to the protests from across all the sections of people in the state demanding capital punishment to culprits. Looking at the protests and intensity of the case, the state government wanted to dispose off the case through fast track court and is also in favour of making any changes required in law so that the culprits are not left out.
